1. Nature of Services
We provide digital and consultation-based services including astrology, vastu, kundli reports, numerology, reiki healing, puja services, and spiritual guidance.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Completed consultations, personalized reports, kundli analysis, healing sessions, and initiated pujas are generally non-refundable.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, technical issues, failed bookings, or services that could not be delivered from our side.
4. Cancellation Policy
Consultation cancellations requested 24 hours before the session may qualify for rescheduling or partial refund.
5. No Show Policy
If a client misses a scheduled consultation without notice, the booking may be treated as completed and non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
7. Physical Product Returns
Returns for spiritual products are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items reported within 48 hours.
8. Important Disclaimer
Astrology and spiritual services are based on traditional beliefs. Refunds cannot be claimed based on personal expectations or predictions.
